I am a Traditional Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher based in Botley, Southampton, with over a decade of experience. I am truly excited to share the depth of this lineage through my teaching, offering immersive 2-day training courses for those ready to embark on their own healing journey.

More recently, I have expanded my practice to include ThetaHealing®, a beautiful complement to Reiki. By gently identifying and releasing the fears, phobias, or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, we can clear the path for you to move forward with peace.
